Sales Manager (New Zealand)
Description:
An established food manufacturer expands business in the Australia and is currently looking for an experienced, driven and dynamic Sales Manager to join the Sales and Marketing Department. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining sales & marketing activities in the New Zealand
Major Responsibilities:
● Implement and drive our sales strategy targeting the business channels, including retailers, wholesalers, and restaurants. maintain an existing customer base whilst focusing on new business growth.
● Prepare forecast and monthly, quarterly, and annual sales report to the top management.
● Manage day-to-day sales activities, developing new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, and implementing sales strategies outlined by the CEO.
● Facilitate cross-department collaborations with R&D, Production, Quality, and other relevant departments to drive product development and enhance product quality based on customer and consumer feedback.
● Update R&D team on a variety of food trends to create new SKUs and improve existing recipes.
● Being a key member of weekly/monthly sensory tasting to provide instant feedback on product quality.
● Participate in nation-wide food shows to approach business opportunities with prospects.
● Assist CEO to implement new sales initiatives.
● Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree required
● Bilingual in Mandarin required
● Minimum 4-6 years experience with proven track record of leadership a sales organization/business unit in the food industry
● Working knowledge of sales cycles according to customer types, i.e., retailers, wholesalers, food services, etc.
● Self-driven and proactive with excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills..

● Ability to organize and prioritize in a fast paced environment
● Ability and willingness to travel throughout assigned sales territory domestically and/or internationally as needed
● Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
● Proficient in Google Apps, MS Office Suite, etc.

资格:
●本科学历
●具备普通话双语能力
至少4-6年的食品行业销售组织/业务部门领导经验
根据客户类型了解销售周期,如零售商、批发商、食品服务等。有与亚裔零售商和批发商合作经验者优先
积极主动,有良好的口头、书面和口头表达能力。
优秀的表达、书面和口头沟通能力
能够在快节奏的环境中组织和优先处理事务
●能够并愿意根据需要在指定的国内或国际销售区域出差
●有效驾驶执照
●熟练使用Google Apps、MS Office办公软件等。
